We also provide an "Opinion of Valuation" to business owners and owners of commercial real estate that would like to execute a sale-leaseback transaction.  We offer the two types of valuations:

1. Consultative Valuation:  We offer an informal opinion of valuation at no cost to business owners who may be considering selling their business.  We base our opinion on the available information shared with us by the business owner.
2. Formal Valuation:  This is defensible valuation that a business owner can use in a negotiation or in a court ordered sale of the business or other income producing assets.  We follow the guidelines set forth in IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60
